Luna Meridian
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
You have four people, a temporary shelter, and enough supplies to last about six weeks if nothing goes wrong.
It will go wrong. Probably week two.
Luna Meridian is a narrative, base-building strategy game set on the Moon.
Start by drafting a crew from a hand of character cards - each one has a skill profile, a personality, and a quirk that shapes how they talk and who they eventually clash with. Choose carefully. You get a couple of swaps, but once you commit, that's your team for the whole mission.
Then you build. Five phases, starting with a pressurized shelter and ending - if things go well - with a self-sustaining base. An isometric map fills in as you place structures, manage power, water, and oxygen, and keep the budget from collapsing before you get there. Flip to the card tableau to see your base as a grid: what's running, what's marginal, what's one bad week from becoming a decision you weren't ready for.
Decisions come with dialogue. The crew you drafted shapes what gets said and who says it. Skills matter when a system needs fixing. Personalities matter when two of them have been in the same habitat for ninety days and disagree about how to fix it.
Everything has consequences. So do the people you put in charge of it.
The goal is full autonomy. Getting there is the game.
